Nike goes for ’90s water sports aesthetic with the upcoming Air Max 1 “Hyper Pink” hitting retailers September 12th, 2020 for $150. Already reaching new design heights with the reveal of the Brown Leather colorway, this AM 1 silhouette switches up the vibe with brilliant colors that scream 1990s. Simple White keeps the colors together featured on the collar, tongue, string laces and Air Max midsole. Black satin overlays on the forefoot match the patent leather mudguard overlays with a slight iridescent simmer. The heel counter comes coated in Deep Purple also utilized in the rubber outsole. Meanwhile, Neon Yellow, Volt Green, Aqua Blue and Hyper Pink work as accents throughout the upper. This creates a retro vibe taking us back to pre-COVID days and then some.
