Here’s an official first look at the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid SE “Metallic Gold” confirmed release for October 1st, retailing for $125. Metallics have taken over model after model for 2020. However, nothing seems to look quite as good and Gold and Black. Metallic Gold cover the patent leather AJ 1 Mid SE  overlays with a chrome-like gloss and shine. This leaves classic White smoothed leather for the perforated toe box, tongue, quarter panels inserts and Air midsole. Meanwhile, Black brings the silhouette together on the collar underlays, sockliner, laces, quarter panel Swoosh, rubber outsole and tongue and ankle branding. The overall look comes off as sophisticated, stylish and expensive in the way only Gold can. Particularly with the Black Jumpman and Air Jordan Wings embroidery, as they pop against the brilliance seen in the rest of the chrome upper. And the use of patent leather gives the effect of melted gold, as though it will drip off the AJ 1 Mid SE.
