Nike unveils the next in the “Peace, Love and Basketball” collection with the Blazer Mid releasing in the upcoming weeks for “Peace Day” retailing for roughly $100. Following the Nike KD 13, the Blazer Mid gives its own interpretation of the holiday celebrated September 21st. The leather upper appears splotched, as though the entire sneaker was dipped in Black dye, making it stylistically unique. However, Black leather eyestays remain untouched. Blue suede hits the toe tip and lateral edge leading to Bright Yellow quarter panel Swooshes. Likewise, Blue hits the heel counter with Yellow Nike branding. Meanwhile, the colors are inverted along the tongue. Going inside the liner, we find Blue sole inserts covered in graphics of a basketball resting on top of a hand throwing up the universal sign for peace. Everything sits atop a White rubber outsole, breaking up the dark colorway. No confirmed release date for the Nike Blazer Mid “Peace, Love and Basketball.” But sneakerheads can expect the drop just before “Peace Day” September 21st.
