Another custom masterpiece graces the internet by way of John “JohnnyKicks_” Trottier in the form of the JBalvin Nike LD Waffle Sacai “Colores Y Vibras.” We here at YankeeKicks news got our hands on a pair of the latest custom sneakers created by designer JohnnyKicks. Given a canvas upper makeover allowing for the burst of spectral colors, only the best care and craftsmanship goes into every pair of sneakers this man and Reymar Footwear touches.

Get into the look…

Starting on the mid-forefoot and working out Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, and Blue fade into one another same as the Air Balvin’s that inspired the look. As advertised, the silhouette comes handcrafted with an authentic LD Sacai sole for the base along with a 1.4mm waterproof lasting board.

Full-grain Black and Bright Yellow Italian pebbled leather accents appear on the toe, eyestays, heel tab, and behind the quarter panel Swoosh. Meanwhile, buttery soft hand-milled lambskin coats the Black liner to match the laces and rubber Waffle outsole.

Similar to the Balvin’s, Pink Foam covers the doubled-up midsole instead of typical White. Lateral ankle velcro patches feature gradient multi-colored JK branding on the right and Reymar Footwear branding on the left. Finally, to top of the custom kicks, John used T69 bonded nylon thread and coated the entire upper with Scotchgard. This ensures the Sacai stay fresh, clean, and vibrant.
