Similar to the “Mono Ice,” this silhouette also features translucent monofilament mesh that replaces the usual Primeknit upper. This Yeezy returns to its neutral roots with the titular Mist color appearing in soft, earthy Brown. The same hue makes up the individual eyelets.

Despite that, the accenting colors really help to sell this silhouette. The lighter shade that hits the laces, collar, interior, heel pull tab, and translucent Gum sole below rests somewhere between Grey and Tan yet stands completely on its own. The use of monofilament mesh reveals the large webbed caging below.

Although the caging appears stiff at first glance, the Deep Grey suede structuring is soft and smooth against the foot. Adding a very interesting touch, the lateral strip seems to be a faint shade of Purple or Light Burgundy creating an all-new dynamic look. Subsequently, a Pale Orange coats the adidas Yeezy branded insole.

Even the laces get a monofilament upgrade as they arrived completely encased and protected with the shiny clear threading. And of course, White Boost foam peeks out from the outsole below. Where the Mono Ice was brilliant and cool, the Mono Mist is subtle and warm showing the full range of the upcoming pack.

Mono Mist should release June 21st retailing for $220 alongside two other colorways with the last following in August. Which has been your favorite so far?
