In this YankeeKicks sneak peek, we got our hands on an advanced pair of the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High OG “Pollen” scheduled to release in August.

Giving off some major Wu-Tang and Varsity Maize Dunk High vibes, this upcoming AJ 1 High comes dipped in a Golden Pollen Yellow and matte Black. Although this color combo goes back a ways, this silhouette gives it new life. Pollen coats the overlays, liner, Nike Swoosh, and rubber outsole.
Meanwhile, the use of premium Black leather underlays and tongue against the smooth nubuck Pollen creates an added sense of drama, unlike the aforementioned colorways. This extends to the laces and Air Jordan Wings as well. A White tongue tab and a matching Air midsole compliment the overall silhouette perfectly.
