Chinese by way of Berlin Illustrative artist Ruohan Wang releases an artistic twist to the Air Force 1 Low. The first of her AF 1 Lows appears in a delightful mix of colorfully rendered illustrations. While the colors and composition change depending on what angle you’re viewing from, they all share a similar theme; the planet Earth. A celebratory expression for upcoming Earth Day, the planet appears three times on the heel at different rotations. Again, we see Earth on the toe box and a third time on the White leather Nike Swoosh next to a doodle of Rouhan’s face. The tongue tab features another Earth in highlighter Orange legs with Yellow shoes sprouting branches. Additionally, Chinese characters appear along the mudguard with several other images. The thick White midsole comes spattered throughout a neutral toned paint. Every color has been utilized to showcase Wang’s unique artistic style.
