Jordan Brand utilizes pastels in a different way with the latest Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Ghost Green” releasing sometime this May. We start off with White tumbled leather for our underlays, making it the perfect base.
This includes the perforated toe box, tongue, and quarter panels. Likewise for the laces and Air midsole above a Black rubber outsole. However, the tongue arrives in Sail nylon to match the exposed foam that lines the low-profile collar. This creates a nice color contrast from top to bottom.
Meanwhile, Ghost Green nubuck covers the overlays, quarter panel Swoosh, and heel. The overlays appear almost pastel when compared to the Green sole inserts topped with Black Nike Air branding. Fun accents include a checkered tongue tab and a Metallic Silver heel counter with Black Jordan Wings on top.
Although we don’t know an exact release date for the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Ghost Green”, sneakerheads should be able to cop before the end of May retailing for $110. Keep it locked to YankeeKicks news for more updates.
