Take a trip to Seoul and Busan with the Kasina Dunk Low “Neptune Green” scheduled to release September 18th retailing for $120. Kasina already blew us away with their “Industrial Blue” colorway repping South Korean public transportation. Now former pro skateboarder EunHyuk Lee pulls colors from the signs that line the main highway from Busan to Seoul. Additionally, the mid 80s aesthetic pays homage to when Dunks were introduced and when Seoul’s population boomed. This particular Dunk Low features Neptune Green suede overlays evocative of the Gyeongbu Expressway. Moreover, the theme is emphasized by the Platinum Swooshes and transparent rubber outsole. Meanwhile, classic white tumbled leather keeps us grounded in the world of Nike as the phonetic characters for “Kasi-na” on the tongue outlined in Red. Also, we get the added touch of Busan and Seoul printed boldly on the Industrial Blue heel counters. Finally, the state road signage hangtag invites the wearers on a trip similar to the one that got Kasina to where it is now. Be on the lookout for the Kasina x Nike Dunk Low “Neptune Green” and the other colorways dropping soon.
