adidas Japan is dropping  a Star Wars x adidas Superstar “Darth Vader” JP this weekend with a US release to follow soon after retailing for roughly $140 USD. With the recent reveal of the Boba Fett and Luke Skywalker, the stage is set for the Darth Vader inspired Superstar. Core Black coats the upper in a matte finish with the focus pulled to the menacing iconic Helmet shell toe. Additionally, adidas quarter panel Three Stripes are given a patent finish, a reminder of the slick Black armour worn by the Sith Lord. Scarlet accents hitting at the vibrant Red lightsaber hits the Vader tongue tab, heel and Superstar branding. Moreover, Scarlet appears along the Core Black outsole, screaming out the words “I AM YOUR FATHER!” the line that stunned and devastated both Luke and viewing audiences alike the first time it was heard. Little extras like the Black Star Wars dubraes and Galactic Empirical seal on the heel counter help complete the look. The Star Wars x adidas Superstar “Darth Vader” JP releases this Saturday.
