Nike releases an Air Force 1 Low “City of Dreams” to celebrate Chi-Town in time for All Star Weekend.

Now that Super Bowl LIV is behind us (congratulations, Kansas City) and J Balvin’s collab with Jordan 1 confirmed, sneaker fans look to the future. Particularly, NBA All-Star Weekend sneaker drops. On the whole, Nike brand has been going all out to honor hosting city Chicago. And now, US 11 has released photos of the Air Force 1 Low “City of Dreams.”

Get into the look…

From geometric grids to several animal prints, tonal Grey graphics coat every panel of this Black leather upper. The 10 pattern design choice is fulled by the diverse neighborhoods found in the Windy City. Moreover, this creates an asymmetrical and couture pair of Air Force 1 Lows. ‘Nike Chi’ branding replaces the traditional ‘Nike Air’ on the heel similar to another Chi-Town salute the Air Jordan 3 “Red Cement.”

Air Force 1 Low All Star Weekend

The 10 pattern design choice is fueled by the diverse neighborhoods found in the Windy City. Snakeskin, leopard and cheetah prints, splotches, grids, rain drops and camouflage. And that’s not even all the ones you see, as they take turns popping up on different panels in different sizes. Even the tongues peek their graphics from beneath the Black standard laces.

The Black threading, and matching tongue and sockliner off set crisp White Nike Air branding sits on the Black insert and the White Nike Air mid and outsole.

Resting below the mix of prints and patterns, Nike Air mid and outsole. However, this AF 1 Low hides a special detail you can only see in the dark. The Nike Swooshes, heel branding and possibly tongue tab give off a phosphorescent glow when the lights go out.

AF 1 Low fans can expect the “City of Dreams” to drop this upcoming Saturday February 8th, for $130. Until then, be sure to stay tuned for more sneak peeks, reviews and releases of all the hottest kicks.
