Things get wild in the latest Nike Air Max 97 “Leopard” expected to release sometime this Spring. Animal print stays in style no matter the time of year. This AM 97 opts for Beige upper of leather, suede, and mesh tooling. Likewise, we find Beige takes over the rubber outsole. This leaves white to make up the midsole with an extended quarter panel visible unit.
Integrated throughout the silhouette are recognizable leopard print graphics. The design comes off particularly pelt-like in the suede toe wrap leading around the mudguard and into the heel.

Pops of Orange brace the embroidered mini Swooshes on the quarter panels as well as the Nike tongue branding, heel pull tabs, and sole inserts. However, the 3M reflective coating atop the leather overlays and tongue truly gives off those animalistic eyes that see in the dark vibes. Despite the leopard print, the silhouette doesn’t come off as overdone, but perfectly balanced. No confirmed release date for the Nike Air Max 97 “Leopard” just yet.
