The latest Nike Blazer Mid Shanghai pays homage to China utilizing multiple materials expected to retail for $100 releasing this Fall. This Blazer features a mix of Blue-Grey leather coating the majority of the mid-profile upper. Suede eyestays change between Deep Grey and White in a large asymmetrical paint stroke across the upper. Nike branding comes doubled up and reversed on the Black heel counter matching the toe tip. Subsequently, the Pink rubber outsole on the Blazer Mid Shanghai sits below a Grey speckled midsole that takes on the Nike Grind appearance. However, the Blue tumbled leather tongue and Metallic Silver quarter panel Swooshes steal the show. Going inside the Grey liner, the Black sole inserts reveal a “沪” character, which translates to the “Shanghai, China” alongside Nike branding.
