2021 will see the release of several retro colorways for the Nike Kobe 6 Protro, including the “Del Sol” colorway. It would seem that the “Grinch” won’t be the only rerelease coming to 2021 as Nike continues to honor one of the greatest basketball players in the game. This Performance Retro originally designed by Eric Avar gives a new meaning to “Black Mamba.” The upper comes coated Black scaled polyurethane forefoot and quarter panels. This is accented by Del Sol Yellow quarter panel Nike Swoosh, tongue liner, outsole heel and signature heel counter. The White toe tip of the outsole carries the word “Venomenon” alluding to the strength and popularity Kobe earned during his career.
