During Nikes Future Sport Forum 2020, Nike unveiled a plethora of collaborations releasing during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. With it, we received a first look at the Nike Air Rubber Dunk x Off-White. Virgil Abloh confirmed (via Instagram) that the name of the upcoming collaboration is indeed “Rubber Dunk”. The upcoming collaboration combines running and skating models all into one. P-6000’s (A mash-up of Pegasus’ past) upper and tooling borrowed from the iconic Nike Dunk. The model also contains an exposed Nike Air bag. The Rubber Dunk also contains key features that have been found on previous Off-White models which include the zip tie, orange tags, “Shoe Laces”, medial stamp and quoted phrasing appear as well.
