Street wear designer Don Crawley teamed up with Nike and his own co-own RSVP and to bring us the Just Don x RSVP x Air Force 1 High “All Star.” The next in a line of Air Force 1s to release, the Chi-Town based retailer co-owned by Louis Vuitton designer Virgil Abloh couldn’t resist to put out a sneaker as its city hosts the NBA All Star Weekend in just a few days.

University Blue premium leather upper based on Bruce Kilgore’s 1982 design pays homage not just to the Windy City. Don C pulls elements from the Air Force 2 and Air Force 3 to create the ultimate Air Force 1 High. Tumble leather ankle strap firmly secures the extended University Blue tongue with no tab. Just a gorgeously embroidered RSVP in bright University Red.

Additionally, the University Red satin tongue liner features the Chicago flag complete with its Blue bands and radiant Red starts. Likewise, tongue laces, midsole, sockliner and outsole all appear in Chi-Blue. Meanwhile University Red creates a bold contrast the accents and branding.

Chrome “Just” and “Don” dubreas crown University Red Swooshes on the vamp of the right and left AF 1 High, respectively. Laterally, a University Blue Swoosh outline in University Red sits on the quarter panel wrapping its way into the “Just Don x Nike co-branded heel counter. However, on the medial side, the tail end of the Swoosh goes below the ankle stabilizer panel. More co-branding is found on the University Blue insert.
