Step inside the YankeeKicks Closet for a detailed look at the upcoming adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Mono Ice” releasing today. So far, Yeezy brand has shown several models playing with Blue hues. Blue appears to set the tone for the 2021 season, and the latest collection kicks it off with a gorgeous iced-out Blue upper. Our signature Primeknit stitching gets replaced with monofilament mesh, creating a more breathable and sheer silhouette.
This mesh comes dripping in the titular Mono Ice. Additionally, the mesh doubles up to simulate the lateral strips dyed a light Aqua to match the eyelets. And an even darker hue of Blue makes up the heel pull tab. Cream contrasts the 350 V2, acting as the color for the liner, laces, and translucent Boost outsole.
However, it’s the Cream webbed caging revealed by the mesh that truly pulls the silhouette together. As of now, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Mono Ice” drops June 18 retailing for $220. In addition to this 350 v2, two other colorways dubbed “Mono Clay” and “Mono Mist” drop June 21st, while the “Mono Light” releases August 21st. Be on the lookout for YankeeKicks reviews for those colorways coming soon.
