Here’s a YankeeKicks sneak peek look at the upcoming adidas Yeezy 450 dubbed “Dark Slate” set to release sometime this June retailing for $200. It would appear after its recent debut, the “Cloud White” Yeezy 450 meets its counterpart.

Recently, Yeezy silhouettes set their focus on making the foot itself a central feature of the design. The 450 does this with its snug, sock-like fit, accentuating the natural curves of the foot. Additionally, it seems like the subtle hints to heaven and hell resurface between the two colorways, while still staying true to the season’s theme around crystallized minerals.

Looking closely, we find the the Primeknit upper comes dressed in a simultaneously deep and pale Grey, not in Black. This is reserved for the braided laces for a greater sense of contrast tonally from the top to the bottom of the 450.

As for the encompassing foam midsole and join adidas branded rubber treading below? A perfectly named Dark Slate coats them both. However, that’s not all this Yeezy 450 has in store. Coming around to the heels, we find a washed-out earthy tone that complements the colorway nicely, and adds extra dimension to an already dynamic sneaker.
